STRUCTURED CHAT: BRING PEOPLE AND THEIR IDEAS TOGETHER ON-LINE
Focus and dialogue
You want to execute your strategy successfully. This means that you should keep your organization focused on the right priorities and that you should remain in constant dialogue with those people who execute the strategy through their daily work.
During an on-line structured chat the CEO or Board discusses a strategic subject with a group of 100 to 250 employees for 1.5 hours.
In advance, participants answer about ten questions on-line about the chosen topic. The results are discussed and further explored in the chat session. Participants exchange examples, suggestions and best practices. Polls help to call votes on topics to give direction in the discussion.
We facilitate the entire process: a short pre-chat survey, the pre-chat survey report, a briefing on the “dos and don'ts,” the chat structure and agenda, the technical support and help desk during the chat itself and the summary report featuring highlights and follow-up actions.
In recent years we have organized structured chats for many CEOs around different topics, e.g: customer-oriented innovation, strategic execution, client segmenting, competitive analysis, corporate values, motivational leadership, diversity and knowledge-sharing.
You will see the results of a structured chat in more inspired and engaged employees, wider knowledge-sharing and actionable ideas. It puts the CEO right at the heart of the company, enabling strategic priorities and their ramifications to be anchored throughout the organization.
