The MeyerMonitor team is formed by a group of talented professionals with a great sense of the latest trends and (technological) developments. The team is supported by highly experienced professionals from both the supervisory board and international advisory board, who all have long track records in various industries, professional services and the academic world. Below you find short profiles of our client facing team members.
• Katharina Schmidt
Katharina has 15 years of experience in coaching and managing change projects. She believes that culture is the behaviour of leaders within organisations. Creating insight on individual and organisational level is one of the key success factors for her to bring organisations in movement. Her passion is discovering and developing that patterns that lie at the core of excellent organisations and individuals.
• Karen Dikken
Karen is Principal Consultant at MeyerMonitor, responsible for managing several large, international as well as smaller, national accounts. Karen’s main focus areas are custom surveys, structured chat sessions and web 2.0 portals.
Karen started her career at PwC Consulting, worked as marketing and communications manager for a catering organization and as a marketing and sales consultant for an informal investor. Karen holds a master degree in business communications from the University of Nijmegen. Her field of professional interest and expertise include all types of communication.
• Michel Janssen
In his role as Principal Consultant Michel supports clients in aligning corporate initiatives and behaviour with the organisational ambition. He specifically focuses on the role of the CEO and senior management and the key importance of shared values and goals. Previously, Michel worked for six years at Air France-KLM as senior manager Strategy & Charges and financial controller. Before that, he was a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where he managed strategic change projects for various multinationals. He started his career at Align Consulting, where he supported both profit and non-profit clients in the areas of governance and performance management. Michel holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
• Ralph Jacobs
Ralph has been with MeyerMonitor since 2000 and is ultimately responsible for all IT, data analysis and building communities. He manages the development of online applications (i.e. our survey, chat and portal applications), all operating systems and research databases, and has extensive experience in projects that encompass multiple tools. He works directly for both public and profit organizations; e.g the Municipality of The Hague, Sara Lee and Vedior.
Ralph studied Electrotechnology and Technical Information Science at the Technical University of Delft.
• Noortje Bavinck
Noortje Bavinck is Consultant and focusses on MeyerMonitor’s proprietary Company Monitor, Engagement Monitor and Diversity Monitor. She works for companies such as Ahold, Randstad and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Prior to her work at MeyerMonitor, Noortje Bavinck was as senior account manager at MaxCredible BV and a B2B project manager at Management Events BV. Noortje holds a master degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam, with a specialization in strategy and organization.
• Marie-Claire Christis
Marie-Claire works as Consultant at MeyerMonitor. She supports a wide variety of chats and surveys for multinationals and not-for-profit organisations. Before joining MeyerMonitor she worked as Corporate Officer at Orangefield Trust and as Company Lawyer at ATC. Marie-Claire attained a degree from Amsterdam Nyenrode Law School and studied law at the University of Glasgow.
• Joachim Maurer
Joachim Maurer is a strategic alignment consultant at Meyer Monitor. Joachim started his professional career at Atos Consulting. Joachim was as a senior business consultant responsible as a project leader for diverse engagements among which an international market feasibility study for an innovative Dutch attraction park, the definition of a CRM Strategy, a pan-European CRM deployment and a Knowledge Management Strategy.
Joachim’s professional interests range from business strategy and operational execution alignment, leadership, innovation management and commercial strategy. Joachim holds a masters degree from the Free University in Policy, Communication and Organization.
• Marlies Ledegang - de Ruiter
Marlies has been a Data Analyst with MeyerMonitor since 2006. She focusses on programming and analysing surveys, with a prime responsibility in the in-depth statistical analysis of results and setting up report structures.
Marlies has a Master degree in Econometry and Operational Research from the Free University of Amsterdam.
• Margriet Kuhlman
As Office Assistant, Margriet is responsible for supporting her colleagues with a wide range of secretarial and administrative activities. Previously, she worked primarily in sales supporting roles at several media companies, such as SBS6, Canaal Digitaal and Adcommedia.
