We are working on various projects in teams of 2-3 consultants and data analysts, usually in close cooperation with the client. Each project begins with a ”kick-off” to understand the situation at the client, followed by a tailored proposition based on MeyerMonitor tools. After the deployment of the tools and the analysis, a project ends with a presentation of the results. Further follow-up takes place through workshops, structured chats and/or intranet dialogues, and through highlighting the results and jointly defining the right course of action.
