MeyerMonitor in annual reports

annual reportsPrevious years have shown that financial indicators give insufficient insight into the status quo and fitness of the organization. While many organizations do already use non-financial indicators to guide their company, these indicators often do not appear in annual reports.

Our services create insight into organizations’ non-financial success factors and stimulate continuous internal dialogue and transparency of information in organizations. In line with these services, we advocate that organizations should include non-financial indicators in their annual reports in order to provide a complete overview of the fitness of the organization to all stakeholders.

Some of our clients already took this step and included the execution or results of MeyerMonitor’s tools of engagement, leadership, strategy awareness or organizational competencies in their annual reports.

In the appendices below, you will find examples of recent annual reports in which MeyerMonitor is mentioned, and another example of a report that mentioned our service more extensively.
