MeyerMonitor is an innovative and professional organization that has developed a unique toolkit to help organizations to create meaningful strategic insights effectively involving key people, tapping into their knowledge.

 

MeyerMonitor projects require strong analytical skills, a healthy dose of curiosity and a good business insight. Our consultants are, at the same time, creative thinkers and project managers. They are professional sparring partners for our clients with the right blend of expertise around strategy, organization and people.

We usually work in teams of 2-3 consultants and data analysts on our projects in close cooperation with our client. Each project begins with a ‘kick-off’ to understand the specific situation of the client, followed by a tailored proposition. At the end of a project we usually conduct a workshop in which we present the most important results. Further follow-up can take place through workshops, structured chats and/or intranet dialogues to interpret and deepen the research outcomes further and translate them into priorities and actions.

Although MeyerMonitor colleagues come from different backgrounds, we definitely have things in common: we attach importance to the capacity to switch focus rapidly and the ability to make sharp analyses. We are customer-oriented and independent thinkers at the same time: entrepreneurial, innovative and comfortable in contacts with senior managers. Finally, we are energetic and enthusiastic about making valuable contributions to our clients’ organizations. MeyerMonitor offers an informal and challenging context with plenty of opportunity to actively contribute to further growth.
